We are so pleased with our counter tops from KY Solid Surface! It is true that from concept to completion, we got top-notch service and professionalism. We have used Kentucky Solid Surface to upgrade all of our bathrooms. Melanie has always been very helpful in the selections for each one. The installers have been very professional as well. We would certainly recommend this business and are so glad to be able to shop local.

Went in there twice within a month. Had drawings picked a possible stone. The woman never once called to answer questions about cutting project out of one slab, ( which was possible but I think they wanted me to buy two slabs). or scheduling, or to possibly pick another stone from a supplier. Ball was in your court! Zero communication!!! Project was completed with one slab! Slightly smaller than the one you had. It’s called mathematical thinking! Somebody skipped basic geometry class.

This is the first place I send all of my customers. I know they will be well taken care of. A great selection of stones and brands to choose from in their massive warehouse. You pick the actual slab you want you tops made from. Their entire staff is committed to excellence from start to finish. I highly recommend them.

I saw Melanie at Kentucky Solid Surface when I went in to choose stone for a hearth stone. She immediately picked a beautiful piece of quartz that was a perfect compliment to the tile I was using around the fireplace. From that point, through the installation, she and Michael were in regular communication with me, even after hours! Jeff and Ethan came to do the install at the expected time.
