I recently contacted this business for a diagnostic on my tankless water heater, which wasn’t producing hot water. During my initial call, Kenzy was kind and appeared helpful. He quoted a fair price of $125, especially compared to other companies that charged more, and offered to come by if I couldn't find anyone sooner. Unfortunately, I couldn't find anyone available sooner, and no one matched his price. The next day, I called him again, but he didn't answer. His voicemail was full, so I couldn't leave a message. To my surprise, he eventually returned my call and said he could come by that Friday between 2 PM and 3 PM. However, he never showed up during that time window, though he did text me to say he was running late. I thanked him for the update and confirmed that I would be home wait
