This gentleman gave us a quote and we thought we were getting a good deal. He asked my husband to use the restroom. My husband noticed he had been in there a very long time and asked him if he was alright. After knocking several times on the bathroom door. When he entered the bathroom the guy had a needle hanging out of his arm and his lips was changing color. If it wasnt for my sister being there to put a spray up his nose to revive him he would have died. Once she did that and he woke up he had the nerve to get angry at us. He had talked us into giving him the money upfront with a sob story. After that traumatic experience we told him we would find out someone else to do the job. Mark efficiently and professionally repaired/replaced a section of fascia that had blown off of my house. He did the work in a winter storm, no less. I appreciate that my calls and texts were promptly returned. I would highly recommend Mark and not hesitate to call him again for a home repair.
