Oh my goodness I cannot say enough about this company. They responded very quickly to my call and came out the same day within hours. Very courteous and respectful of us as clients and our property. Unfortunately we needed to replace the very old pipes that had collapsed and Mr. Joe returned the next day with his equipment and would not leave until the job was completed. Joe came out on short notice on New Year’s Day to pump out my tank . Very professional and informative about the different potential fixes to issues that I may or may not have depending on how my water level lies when tank gets filled up. He made a second trip to finish the job because I hadn’t uncovered my second tank cover yet when he came 1st trip . Definitely going to use his services again if / when ever needed again.

Highly recommend you call and hire Miami Valley Septic for any of your septic issues. The County had come out because someone complain our leach field wasn’t working properly. Now the County handed me a list of available licensed business, and boy did everyone only want to quote a full leach field replacement. Not only did he propose different possible solutions, he was adamant about starting with the least invasive option. Turned out, we could repair our leach line once he saw the problem. Saving me from potentially spending thousands. Completely honest guy and one of few I will trust going forward if I ever have issues down the road.

Joe was so kind, professional and prompt!!! He was honest and very helpful. He answered all my questions and was very understanding about my lack of knowledge being a city girl and all! He also gave me the names of other professionals who could help me with issues I was having unrelated to his skill set. Will use again and recommend to everyone I know!
