They prompt and courteous at first, but the quality of the work was terrible. The leak came back soon after they fixed it, and they were unresponsive when I contacted them about it. I ended up having to call another plumber to fix the issue, which cost me additional time and money. Would not recommend

Requested and expected AOSmith hot water heater. Without asking they installed another brand. When questioned they said it was the same. Not. Incorrectly installed to boot. Horrible customer service. BEWARE

Scott arrived on time, worked quickly, and answered all my questions. I am very happy with his work, and consider Kesterson's my go-to for plumbing needs. Thanks!
