I called for a toilet ring repair and they responded quickly. I liked how everything was documented and explained. I asked about another issue I was having in another bathroom and was able to determine I needed a different style toilet. Years of frustration gone after one service call! And the were tolerant of me hovering over their shoulders!

Many thanks Jim, Jesse and Lucas for working through difficult installations. Two trips were necessary to get a kitchen sink and Jacuzzi tub faucet installed but they stayed with me until it was all finished. Great guy, fun to work with. The services weren't cheap but everyone has to get paid these days. If we have any more trouble or needs we will call again.

I called their office in the morning as my old water heater had gone out the previous night. They sent Jim & Luke (I think that was their names) out a few hours later. They explained & showed me what the issues were & gave me a few options. Going with a new water heater, I asked when they could install it. They said they’d have someone bring them the new one & they’d have it installed within a couple of hours. And they did! I was so relieved, amazed & impressed! They explained everything to me, including the warranty. Both of the guys were very knowledgeable & friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks guys!

Dale is so awesome to work with! He explains everything in terms that someone with no plumbing experience can understand. He is prompt and quick to fix the problems! This company is great to work with because many times they can get you in within a day or so, whereas others quoted at least a week! Highly recommend!

Jesse & Fitz were on time and did an excellent job flushing our tankless hot water heater. Very friendly and informative. Will continue to use Kevin Ginning Plumbing in the future.
