R&R plumbing was great! We had a bit of an urgent repair and everyone was quick to respond, friendly, and fair/honest. 5 stars, Eric was personable, he answered questions for us on his own time over phone, and was very thorough.

I had a plumber at my house within an hour and a half of calling . They were both very professional and were able to get the job done quickly! We reviewed possible costs in advance so I understood exactly what to expect and I didn’t feel taken advantage of. Definitely will be calling them again with any future needs!

R&R plumbing is amazing!!! Jimmy was fantastic, professional and quick resolving my issue. They were fair and reasonably priced as well. I was very grateful they were able to get out here in these cold temperatures. I highly recommend!

Our sump pump failed after 10 years and needed to be replaced quickly as the rains were scheduled to return a few days later. Of course this happened on the weekend so on Monday morning we scheduled an appointment for that afternoon. The new equipment was installed and running in under an hour. Our technician was early, efficient and professional.

I’m so grateful for R&R Plumbing. I had a water leak that forced us to shut off the water to the entire house. They squeezed me in the same day and right before Thanksgiving too. Our technician, Eric, was very pleasant and professional, even when his day ran extremely long and he didn’t make it to our appointment until after 6pm. He did an excellent job and got us fixed up to turn the water back on. I would also like to commend R&R for going above and beyond communicating with me. Alisha called me to let me know that the technician was running behind and she also called me again when she had a better idea of what time he would be there. Overall, the customer service was outstanding and their pricing was fairly reasonable. Thanks R&R Plumbing!
