I used Kevin J Young construction twice. My garage renovation was awesome. No complaints. Very happy with the service and the project. Unfortunately when we hired them to address a giant hole in our dining room ceiling, the experience wasn’t so great. During our garage renovation, we also had a power attic fan installed on our roof. A couple weeks later it was raining from our dining room light fixture. The drain pipe to our drain pan wasn’t properly glued together from another company (speed air hvac - stay far away from them) and unfortunately caused thousands of dollars in damage.. the last people in my attic were the individuals who installed our fan.. Major basement and two bathrooms complete gut and renovation. New electrical system inside and out, fix inefficient HVAC... Kevin and team are honest and professional. They always took time to discuss and ease my concerns as we progressed though the project. Likewise- anytime he found a potential issue or cause for concern he and his team raised the concern, explained various options, and went with whatever we decided. As far as sales goes- he was never pushy on anything. He was perfectly happy letting us know when something was outside his expertise, and was able to bring someone else in who was an expert for their opinion. Very happy with the whole project.

Used this company for a full basement renovation. They designed and built a space for my in home spa room, a brand new bathroom, new office, laundry room, and what we now call the "great room" (theatre & gaming room). They also fixed my electrical system. I can't say enough about their professionalism. The owner, Kevin, oversaw every aspect of our project. He collaborated with me and my partner on all our design ideas. When materials we wanted were not available, due to the pandemic shortage, the owner and his office staff worked diligently to find us suitable replacement materials. Kevin and his crew just renovated my bathroom this week. It was literally done from scratch. I cannot day enough good things about this company. From the first phone call Kevin has been amazing. He started exactly when he said he would, his guys showed up on time everyday, they were extremely kind and courteous. I left them unattended in my home for nearly a week and a half and had no issues. Their work is impeccable!!! They went above and beyond in every way! My bathroom looks better than I could of ever hoped.

Kevin and his team recently redid our kitchen. It turned out absolutely amazing. Kevin and Chelby were fantastic throughout the entire process. We began at the design center with Chelby to pick out all of our materials, and when we couldn’t find what we wanted for our backsplash, Chelby spent an extensive amount of time researching and scouting out the perfect tile. She also found us the perfect, gigantic sink that we wanted. Throughout the construction process, we had a couple of hiccups, including winter weather delays, but Kevin handled everything personally and professionally. He built an amazing custom cabinet for around our refrigerator, and he spent a lot of time and effort to make sure it matched our existing cabinets. It is extremely well built and beautiful at the same time.
