I obtained roof and gutter replacement estimates from three roofing contractors who were properly licensed, insured, and recommended by the BBB. The difference in the three presentations was remarkable. Although Kevin's cost was in the middle of the three estimates with no more than $1,000 difference between the other two, it was the most comprehensive and detailed. This company was great to work with! They were prompt pre and post sale, answered all my questions, and stand behind their work with a 20 year workmanship warranty on-top of the manufacturers warranty. We ended up getting the CertainTeed Landmark Pro (40 year shingle) and couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Kevins roofing also cleaned, reaattached and ensured all the gutters were in good working order, and thoroughly swept the area for nails and other debris. We will be using Kevin's roofing for our property when the time comes.
