Key Remote Ellicott City MD

I live about 5hrs out of town and lost my key fob while visiting the area. I told them my situation and was VERY clear that I needed a new fob, not a stick key. I provided my car's year, make, and model, they gave me a quote, and I was assured they could do the job for me, so I made an appointment. Less than an hour before the scheduled time, I get a call from their tech saying they DON'T have my part, but they would try and find it for me and call me back... No call back! I wasted a trip back here and an entire day waiting around for them, when I could have been calling elsewhere. Very disappointed and inconvenienced!
