Paid 217$ and key fob isn't even programmed. The key works, so.... Yippee I guess. Most expensive spare key I've ever gotten. 🤦🏼‍♂️ The dude was kind and polite though. He was very professional. He tried programming the fob, but the car wasn't responding to the pairing instructions. Regardless, I got charged for MORE than I received. Wish an executive would make this right. Because all I got is a spare key (50-100$ value) for well over 200 DOLLARS. and a dumb useless fob.

Worse customer service I have ever received, told me they would have someone out at 9 then called back and said they couldn’t come till 12 because the technician car was broke down, called back at 12 and was told we can’t help you and then hung up on me while I’m trying to talk! I would not waste your time with this company! Beyond unprofessional

One star only because this locksmith was one of two locations open on the weekend (A1 never answered). I waited 30 minutes for the first tech to show up but he didn’t have the right tools, called for back up and left. I waited another 30 minutes for the other tech, but he didn’t tell me he arrived and showed up in a personal vehicle - no business signs. I was charged $87 just for them to leave my car with a massive gap in the door. I called customer service multiple times to file a claim and have yet to receive a call back.

This place is a joke. Called at 0830 this morning, have called back 4 times to be told a tech would contact me in a few minutes. It is now 2pm and still no callback. Called A1 lock and security. Instant answer and they are on the way

I called asking if someone could come out and unlock my car. Was told the technician was going to call me. An hour passed and have not received a call. I called back to cancel it and was told I would be charged a $30 service fee when all I did was call. No service was provided to me. I asked why I would be charged that and he hung up on me. Terrible experience. Do NOT use them!
