Duplicating the key was seamless. However, I was unable to smooth out the rough edges due to a malfunction of the key making equipment. When I got home and put the key in the front door, I couldn’t get it out. My handyman had to work very hard to get the key out of the door. I have not tried to insert it again. I plan on taking the original key to a hardware store to have it duplicated.

After working hours to try and unlock my car that had the key in the ignition and was running, and trying to contacting the police for assistance and was denied, I finally tried contacting a locksmith at 1 in the morning . I researched 24 hour service locksmiths and I contacted 3 different companies I spoke with reps that informed me that they a technician would reach out to me and never did that resulted to them offering an appointment in the morning. I even informed them that my car was currently running and still offered service at 8am or 7am. I called George and was informed that their current technician was assisting another person, and was referred to someone else that also did not answer. I called, got an estimate to open a vehicle (I was locked out obviously) they gave me a price, it was a little out of my budget so I told them I was going to call back if I couldn't find someone else. Then a lady called me and ask me what would be a price that adjust to my needs I told her my price range she said she was going to contact the technician to see if he was able to do it. He call me back again and he said the price was fine but there was an extra 29 just for the (driving) I agreed, he showed up, he in fact opened the car but when I was about to pay, I ended up paying twice as double the price agreed. I don't complain about the job performed, but about the prices that's ridiculous. Specially after a price was agreed, if that was going to be the case they could have let me know b

Process was conviniant, but both keys only worked on bottom lock and mot the top lock on door.

This company first off sounds like a scam. You can’t hear anything the other person says. Asked the Secondly it took an hour to get someone to call only cause I called back an hour later and finally got a call. And do not even get me started on the price. I rather break in my door and get it fixed for less than 300 dollars.
