I used the machine at my local Kroger the first key I needed copied and I wanted two keys made, it didn't come out at all. Next, the machine said buy two get one free, so I copied another key, that's the only key that was made. I tried the new key in my door and it got stuck, hard to turn. I suggest for people NOT to use this machine at all, $11.99 wasted.
Good service, Very Pricey. Make sure you check their payment options first.
I'm very skeptical of this locksmith. The address he has listed puts him either at the Kroger gas station or the TJMax.
