Keys Construction Company

Keys General Construction company was sub-contracted to perform asphalt and concrete work for a larger project I was building. Their work consists mostly of a 'run and gun' style. While quick at their work, the quality is really lacking. Concrete was consistently wavy and bowed due to improperly secured forms. Keys built a retaining wall which began to fall apart days after construction. The lead man, Tim, has also attempted to steal a hydraulic hammer from me from a job site that they were sub-contracted on. Tim claimed he thought my 2 year old hydraulic hammer was "trash" and helped himself to it. Of course, when called out on stealing the hammer ($4k worth of equipment) he quickly repeated he "thought it was trash" and that he "didn't know it was mine". These guys are far from trustwo
