Thank you Keystone for fixing my furnace in the middle of this brutal cold weather! I had another company come to my house on Monday because my furnace was not working correctly. I explained that the furnace was giving a code for a faulty limit switch but bypassing the switch did not solve the problem. The tech from the company looked at the furnace for about ten minutes and told me it was in fact the limit switch. He started up the furnace said everything worked fine and left after charging me his $100 diagnostic fee for turning on the furnace. Well three days later the limit switch arrived and after I installed it I still had an intermittently working furnace. I called this other MAJOR local company back and they told me they would have to charge me another diagnostic fee to look at the

Had a venting issue causing a constant "banging" once the blower stopped. Especially annoying at night when the house is quiet. I knew the source of the banging (venting expanding & contracting) but didn't know how to fix it. Called my (now former) furnace company, provided a sound video, and after a week with no response followed up again. Their response - call a venting person with no references. A friend recommended calling Keystone Heating. Response was exceptional. Adam came, I played the sound video, and he immediately knew the problem. Spent considerable time sourcing the problem, fixing the venting issue, and remaining until it was confirmed the banging issue no longer existed. Best night sleep I've had in several months. Highly skilled and honest service techs. Our furnace stopped working. Called a different company to come and fix it. All they did was look at it without even touching it. And gave me a quote to basically overhaul the whole furnace for 3 to 4 thousand dollars. I called Keystone. They came out right away. Checked out everything and fixed the furnace for 400 dollars. They saved me a lot of money and were very honest.

I got home after work on a Sunday in January and noticed my heat was out. Checked my other gas related appliances and everything was working. Contact the experts at keystone, being a handy guy myself, and asked for some advice on troubleshooting before spending the money to have them come out after hours. In the 2 minutes we talked, I had a very good idea of how to fix the issue and sure enough it worked. Just had to clean the flame sensor and cycle power. Less than five minutes and my familys home had heat again. Definitely recommend the pros at Keystone and will be calling them again for my HVAC issues / upgrades. Thanks again for the help.

I would definitely recommend Keystone. They put two boilers in my duplex and did an absolutely amazing job from the starting process until the units were installed. Very reasonable prices for the boilers and installation as well. No doubt that Keystone is the way to go. Thanks!
