Absolutely great service! I had an issue with my recently installed mini split. During the installation, we lost some refrigerant, and after a while the unit started blowing cold air instead of heat. The unit runs on R32 refrigerant, and not many companies service or refill R32, so I searched on Google for someone local, as supporting local businesses is very important to me. I texted Daniel and sent him a photo of the unit label. He called me back shortly after. He came out the same day to diagnose the issue, confirmed the unit was low on refrigerant, and returned the next day to refill it. Everything is now working perfectly. Daniel was very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and honest. I truly appreciate the fast turnaround and excellent communication. Highly recommend Keystone

Excellent service from Keystone HVAC! Daniel was incredibly helpful. I have a Mr cool mini split that no one else would work on and he didn't hesitate. His communication was top notch, the service was right on point. The problem solved quickly and he did a great job answering all my questions. The price was way better than I was expecting as well!

Keystone HVAC installed fans in our ductwork to help get air to the far rooms that weren't getting much circulation. Daniel and Matthew did an excellent job. They were very professional, friendly, cleaned up afterwards, and the price was very reasonable. We will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!
