*Highly Recommend* We were experiencing an issue with our HVAC system on a very cold morning. Upon calling to see when someone could come check it out, I was expecting the visit date to be next day - or maybe later because of the winter season... But, we were pleasantly surprised that even during a busy morning schedule they sent a tech out within several hours! Service guy, Darren, was AMAZING! He was very sweet, thorough and knowledgeable, making sure everything that needed fixing was fixed. He truly modeled what home service should be all about! Thank you, Lake Area Heating and Air!

Great experience today! My mom had her system go out the day before we are supposed to see our coldest temps in a long long time. Jeremy and his team came out, diagnosed and went over everything with them in person and with me over the phone. Ordered everything to replace the system and had it installed same day, communication and professionalism was top notch! Would easily recommend them for any of your needs! Quality service at it's best.

Do NOT confuse them with Bertie Heating and Air in G'ville (why they changed the name). Excellent communication, prompt service, affordable. Came out to look at the heater element that wasn't working, answered all my questions and replace a relay switch that died. Will definitely use them again for ALL my A/C needs.

We had a quick-turn, large project redoing the ductwork in our commercial building. They did a great job and got it done in a very timely manner. Very happy with the results. Highly recommend!
