Our experience with Keystone Custom Decks was outstanding. Their approach to the planning and building of our deck and pavilion was highly professional. We particularly appreciate the excellent work of Joey Lear, Elvin King and Daniel Stoltzfus. The craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. We are very pleased that we selected them for our project.

Beginning with our early design meetings with Ron and Mandy at your beautiful facility and then scheduling with Ariana, we were confident that we had made the right choice. Once the construction began with Sammy and his team along with special assistant “Oakley” (see pic), we were beyond impressed. They ensured that the design properly integrated with the existing structure of our house. Not only are they incredible craftsmen but their professionalism and genuine care and concern for the project were evident every day. We are extremely pleased with the overall experience that we had with Keystone. At each and every stage, from sales and design to construction, I feel like we were treated like one of the family. Ron helped us out big time when we discovered the color of the decking was not what we were expecting. That kindness meant a lot to us and it made a huge difference in the end. Sammy and his crew were the epitome of professionalism, handling imperfections and inconveniences (like our crooked house and a major snowstorm!) with incredible degrees of craftsmanship, expertise, and patience.
