The experience at this location has unfortunately been unreliable and unprofessional. After requesting a simple key service, the management here failed to fulfill their responsibilities in delivering the service, failed to respond to communication, caused significant delays (over 2 months) and failed to deliver overall. Upon request for a refund, instead of acknowledging their lack of service and immediately issuing the refund, management instead tried to put the blame on us the customer and their own employee. After the management had a debate with their own employee, we were given our refund. Would not recommend this company.

I stopped by in July to get a replacement key fob programmed for my Mazda CX-5. Although they didn’t have the specific model in stock, they ordered it right away and had it by the next morning. I came back and was in and out within 30 minutes. Excellent service, quick turnaround, and the price was very reasonable—much cheaper than what the dealership quoted.

Joseph was extremely helpful and polite throughout my visit. He worked efficiently, and the results exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend his service.

Why does a place have a sign to call them when you’re there and then you call him and said it’s gonna be open on Wednesday, Today is Monday Hours are at the door they are closed Tuesday Sunday the rest of the days they are open 9 to 5 . I had to call the number five times so they can pick up and so just So he can tell me that they are closed And all he said was thank you, sir, with an attitude I guess this is why I never see any cars here This place sucks do not stop by

I had a great experience with Key Way in Villa Park. Joe was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in helping me replace a broken key fob for my Lexus. He made the process quick and easy, and the customer service overall was excellent. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing replacements!
