We hired K&G for Christmas light installation and the experience was absolutely 5 stars! The owner Gabe promptly, patiently, and kindly answered my many questions over Facebook Messenger (first time Christmas light family here 🙋‍♀️). Installation was scheduled within a week. The house looks amazing!! The price was very reasonable compared to other companies we reached out to, and the excellent customer service confirmed we made the right choice. Thank you so much!

When we first hired this company for landscaping, the quality of the work was pretty good. However, scheduling was inconsistent, with service happening on random dates, which made it hard to plan. The bigger issue came when we moved and tried to transfer service to our new property. We reached out multiple times, including a follow-up email, and were told they would get back to us “when they have time.” It has now been two months with no response or update. The work itself was fine, but the lack of communication and reliability ultimately led us to stop using their services

We are repeat customers for Holiday Light installation service, and it’s such a relief to not be doing it myself! No more ladder climbing and tangled strings of lights. And they were done so quickly! Thanks to K&G for making my life a little bit easier.
