This was the best pricing out of the 5-7 companies I called. Provided the service the same day that I called and was super efficient with his time. Had the experience, knowledge, and insight to know exactly what he was doing and provide the best solution for my old garage door.

We’ve had Ken out on two different occasions to install doors and openers as he’s always our first call for any installation or repair. His service has always been prompt, honest, and reliable. We’ll continue to trust his expertise in the future. Highly recommend!

Ken showed up right on schedule and significantly upgraded my original failing spring and roller system in less than 90 minutes. He clearly knows his stuff and was great to talk to. And if that somehow wasn't already more than enough, he knowingly charges less than he can get away with. Top-notch work!

Called for service on a door that was recently installed by KGB doors on my late fathers house. Ken was condescending and extremely rude and unwilling to come look at an installation problem on a door he recently installed. He wanted to charge minimum $78 just to look at it. Didn't mention ANYTHING about charges until the day of the appointment which he scheduled via text. He said it was a sensor problem but was unwilling to stand behind his work. Wouldn't talk to me respectfully or explain my options. Poor communication. All texts until he finally answered the phone only to be extremely rude. Be wary if you have a door installed, they will NOT stand behind their work and will treat you disrespectfully.

KGB Doors answered my call and came out 24 hours later. Ken fixed my broken spring quickly and tuned up the system, doing a great job at an honest rate. I will definitely be doing business with KGB in the future.
