Twice now they have shown up for us when the bigger companies would not return our calls. When we were selling our prior home the buyers wanted a few tiles replaced. That is such a small job, but finding the right tiles and getting them done and certified in a short time so we did have it impact our sale was a big deal to us! Then in our new house, right after the year warranty period of course, a dozen or so tile blew off our garage into our neighbors yard. Another small job, but Kidd Roofing made us feel just as important as a big customer. They are our go-to for roof issues and I highly recommend them.
