Kiehl's Construction

We hired Kiehl’s Construction to complete a half-attic remodel into a full office space. Their quote was thousands of dollars cheaper than the big companies, the work was completed in about 2.5 weeks (we expected ~ 2 weeks for this job), and Chris was extremely communicative. The fact that I knew that I could text or call Chris when issues came up gave me a huge piece of mind. The work turned out great and we absolutely will keep using Kiehl’s in the future.

My husband and I are thrilled with how our bathroom remodel turned out. Communication and the quality of work is fantastic. Chris and his team, especially Luis, went above and beyond our expectations. They will be starting a new project in the next month, and we can’t wait to see how great it turns out. I contracted with Kiehl Construction to add on a 12 x 12 laundry room and bathroom. Well, the project was completed and they did an OK job. However, there were several bumps in the road that I did not appreciate and could have been avoided. The project started in April and was completed on August 21, 2025, which was longer than I anticipated. Some of the delay were because we had some family emergencies that required us to be out of town. However, I did mention to the general contractor that they could continue working, but nothing seemed to be done when we were away. Also, a general contractor is only as good as his subcontractors. In this case, he did not do any of the work himself, but totally relied on the subcontractors and only visited the work site to pick up checks. Most of the s
