Waldo's Lock and Security

I was locked out of my Range Rover with a dead battery. I called Waldo's Lock and Security and they were able to unlock my car and make a new key. Angela was so nice and made sure I was aware of what was happening. I appreciate them immensely! I highly recommend!

The Repair Guy, Mike Harbour, Was Extremely polite & efficient with his time on repairing my multi-point deadbolt door. He was very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions even after the door was repaired & I was very happy with how fast He was able to do the job & still be patient with me & polite & professional all at the same time. If you ever have any problems with any of your doors, don't fool with any of the rest. Give Mike Harbour a call at Waldo's lock & Security & schedule appointment with him if you want to be just as a happy customer as I am now!!!

Absolutely terrible experience. I called Waldo’s Lock in Reidsville ahead of time, gave them the exact year, make, model and key details for my vehicle, and was given a clear quote. Drove 30 minutes based on that price. As soon as I arrived, the quote magically almost doubled. No explanation, no accountability. Just a complete waste of time, fuel, and effort. If you value honest pricing, look elsewhere.

Great experience! The technician was super knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing to install my smart door lock. He helped me get my user codes set and let me practice setting one up without help. They scheduled me same day and very reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again.
