The turns are very narrow. Wife hit a pole. Only one company is allowed in downtown St. LOUIS. They said 45 minutes, it took two hours. A person that worked for the garage eventually spoke to my wife, which my wife felt good about. The garage was close to our Hotel but 5 minute event turn into two hours.
Overall great with the app and in/out ease. The instructions were a little confusing on whether to do the express pass or upfront pre-pay. Very reasonable price compared to other garages around. Building seemed secure with required pass to get in and out but did seem very desolate at night. Customer service was quick to answer calls.
WORST PARKING SITUATION EVER‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ INTENSE TRAFFIC WITH NO STAFF TO GUIDE DRIVERS OUT. AFTER PAYING ALL THIS MONEY THE LEAST I SHOULD BE WORRYING ABOUT IS GETTING OUT THE PARKING GARAGE. DO BETTER ST LOUIS ‼️ I will not be back
Do NOT PARK HERE!! We had been waiting for over an hour. This is an awful place to park!!!
Location ain't bad, walkable to Dome. Wait time after large concert exiting from 5th level. OVER 2 HOURS
