Kienstra Ready Mix

Kienstra is an outstanding, upstanding company. Personally, I know they take good care of their employees and are always striving to provide a quality Ready-Mix concrete delivery, wherever it is needed. Drivers are professional and helpful. I see their trucks out on the road all the time, they must be busy and are definitely hiring.

Horrible company! One of there trucks I was driving behind had a rock fly off an hit my windshield and break it. I’ve contacted them several times they tell me it’s my responsibility to fix my windshield that there’s no way there truck did it… but it did I’m a single mother of 3 kids and can’t afford to buy a new windshield that won’t hurt this company one bit! Bad business is all I can say and they don’t even deserve 1 star!

I wish I could give a negative review to this company. These are some of the rudest people to work with. The lady named Cheryl is extremely rude and unhelpful. They will cheat you on the quality of the concrete you receive. Make sure to double check and get it in writing.

Our contractor used Kienstra concrete for our new sidewalk . The mix had too much water and is now peeling and chipping. Feel sorry for anyone using them for a basement 🥹

As it says in their lobby ... Handshakes mean something here. Quality work, by quality people.
