Spoke directly with the "one man operation" and gave name, phone number, address for service. Was told 1-3 pm 2 days from the initial call. Day of took off work to be there on time, began waiting at 12. Come 3 pm no show, called to no answer. Called back 45 minutes later to say he lost my number and wanted to reschedule 6 days away.

Punctual, competent and a fair price. All very rare these days. Thank you, Jerry for a job done well! We'll definitely be utilizing your services again.
