I bought an old house to move into and needed the floor joists replaced and new flooring as well as trim. They showed up on time each day. They were very honest of what needed to be done and the final cost matched the estimate I was given. They were very respectful and trustworthy. The work was done with good quality and with pride. I was shown what was wrong with the house and told of the issues that would happen later if not repaired. The work was done in a timely manner. They even helped me pick out new flooring and suggested wall paint that would look good with it! Bathroom Remodel Phase 1: We used Monarch Built Homes two years ago to begin a remodel of our master bath. In the first stage they removed a shower, removed a oversized jetted tub, and added a large custom shower. The owners did all the work themselves. They were professional and extremely talented. The fact that they were able to do demo, removal, tilework, and plumbing without any subcontractors was a huge plus. Pricing was fair and even lower than other quotes, but the work was beyond my expectations in quality. They took my vision and made it happen seamlessly, even helping me with some choices that I was unsure about. I will certainly used them again when we are ready for the next phases of our remodel. Our house originally had the small semi bedroom at the top of the stairs. The room was long but had little head space due to the roof making the ceiling low. They cut the roof open, reconstructed it and created a new bedroom with a walk-in closet and an additional living room. They increased the square footage of our house. The value added to our property far exceeded the cost.
