I had a issue with my AC unit that was only 5 yrs old. Jeff came out and I was fed up and we ordered a whole new Variable speed Heat pump system. That was Saturday and by Thursday Jeff had me up and running with the new and improved unit. Awesome job. Can’t wait for summer now…. P.S….If your wife is hot, my AC will cool her off…..😂🤣🫣😎

My daughter made the call yesterday morning and in a couple hours Joe was at my door. Joe was friendly, personable and made me feel at ease. As an owner of a fourplex, I've been with them since 2021 and they've never failed me. Their technicians are knowledgeable, let me know if a tenant isn't keeping up on air filter changes, handle drain line clogs reasonably, and coordinate to make routine pre-winter and pre-summer maintenance/tune-up visits go seamlessly. Their front office personnel (Thanks Holley!) are always so pleasant and kind whenever I call which is how anyone wants to be treated as a client and ownership are flat out good folks!

The technician arrived promptly and diagnosed my HVAC system. He found that the coils were frozen (as in, there was ice around the coils), and the pressures were low. He fixed the issues and got out home cooled off again. Thank you!

Great experince with Killeen Heating and Air the technicians were professional, experinced and friendly they completed the work on schedule. After the installation was completed I experinced an issue with what I thought was thermostat. I called the Killeen Heating and Air the represrntative took the information about what I was experincing. Within a few ninutes I was contacted by one of the owners and he personally came to my home and resilved the issue I eas having. In my opinion they are a first class business.
