Killeen Overhead Doors was absolutely amazing. They were very professional and incredibly fast. I was honestly in distress, afraid my garage door might collapse after a bracket broke during the terrible winter snow and ice storm. The office staff were so kind, calm, and reassuring, and made me feel like my situation truly mattered. They had service technicians at my home within just a couple of hours. The service men were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. I truly feel they went above and beyond to make sure my garage door was safe and working properly. The price was also very fair, which I really appreciated during such a stressful situation. I also want to point out that this is the only company I’ve seen that actually updated their business hours

Ive used this company about 5 times now over the course of over 20 years and each time I am more impressed. Even when things dont go as planned, they make sure we were satisfied. Dan exceeded our expectations recently and made sure the job was perfect. I rarely give positive reviews, these guys earned it!

Garage door was acting up bad after everything I tried doing to fix it, the technician came and seen what had happened and ordered parts for it, scheduled the repair for another time. He came on the day of repair did all the repair and more cause we had a much older garage door. He was a very good guy, very informative and helpful with everything I should do to keep it maintained and for long lasting life for the the door. Really appreciate you man!

The gentleman that came out to repair the top part of the garage door where the opener came off on the door was repaired very professionally and looks very good sometime in March. I want to get a brand new garage door from them. Excellent service, excellent office service.
