Great communication, and an awesome job. I am a property manager and unbeknownst to me the city had turned off the water, the tech went to get a truck that held water and ended up doing the job the same day. I am over the moon impressed, and the house looks great for its new tenant! Fair price, great service.

The gentleman has steam cleaned my apartment floors for mid and yearly inspections. Very easy to schedule, is available to steam clean with or without an outside water spout. Always super friendly and the apartment looks and smells amazing for weeks afterward. Definitely would recommend to anyone in the Killeen area. Here’s the carpet type he dealt with in my apartment. The Technician was prompt and kind. My appointment was at 11 am he was at the door respectfully before that. He was efficient and explained the steps. He asked me if I had any questions regarding the process. He also had me walk him through and asked if I had any specific notes for him to remember! Great experience!!!!

Do not ever use this company! I will forever never suggest it to anyone. They will find any and every excuse to avoid doing the job right and then using lame excuses as to why they cannot return to finish the job. If I can find a way to sue them I will!
