Killians Appliance Service

This man came into the apartment of our tenant. He worked for approximately one hour after asking us to empty the freezer. Our bill was over $400 for a repair. This amount was excessive and I would highly recommend you stay away from this company if you need service. You could get a new refrigerator for this price. An honest service person would have picked up a phone & indicated that the repair would be the cost of a new refrigerator. He didnt. He just overcharged instead. Never again.

Great service and prices were comparable. He was able to fit us in the day after we called. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Definitely will use again if needed.

Rick came out and was knowledgeable, friendly, and hard working. He has a lot of experience and I would highly recommended his services.

Very good service. A little pricey but it seems that's just the nature of appliance repair. Was at my house for an hour to repair my dryer, had the problem diagnosed and running again. The only suggestion would be to have the option to pay by credit card.

Very friendly , very timely ,,,,i highly recommend Rick Killian and my family has used his company for years..He will get the job done !
