Great service by our tech Jeffrey H. He treated our property and solved the issue quickly. Reviewed the property after and explained what he did. We have had Killingsworth for 7+ years and have no complaints.

The first guy that came out was rude but then a tech name Beatrice came out and she was so professional and knowledgeable. This tech actually made me feel like I was being heard even to the extent of suggesting things I could buy to keep insects out. Thank you for turning this experience around!

Jason was our technician and explained in detail what he would be doing as he performed our annual A/C check. He spoke in lay terms so it didn't go over our heads. I appreciate his respect for our home, covering his shoes coming in and out. You can tell when a person likes their job and the company they work for and represent. I'm happy we decided to try Killingsworth and we will certainly use them going forward and recommend their service. It's hard to find great service, integrity and character in a company and I think we've found it in Killingsworth. Great job Jason.

I spotted 2 ants in my kitchen. I called that day they had Johnny out the next day at noon. He found where they were coming from. Was extremely careful to check around entire house and spray. Johnny saw some gaps in windows and sheet rock and suggested I fill them in. Good technician for sure. Johnny is very knowledgeable and has a great way of interacting. He says he is a good soccer player, so if you need an extra player I would also suggest having him fill in on your team. 1/14/19 I had some pincer bugs crawling around my first floor. I called the office and quickly had an appointment scheduled. Johnny came out was courteous and friendly as always. He explained because of the recent rain, warm and cold they were coming out.
