The name of the Service Technician who performed the annual maintenance on our Generac Generator was Kenney. He was outstanding with great product knowledge. He was courteous , answered all of my questions and gave excellent recommendations on how to perform maintenance checks on my own. He took the time to explain all of the maintenance procedures that he was going to perform on our generator. He gave me an excellent explanation on how to service the generator after 24 hours of continuous usage, without my having to read extensive procedures provided by Generac. I also want to commend the owner , Scott Lockwood . His presentation and knowledge of the Generac Generator convinced me to purchase the unit.
