Kiln Studio & Gallery

I attended The Kiln’s open house and ribbon cutting with the Chamber and was so impressed. I had noticed their new location while taking my daughter to tennis practice and remember thinking what a perfect spot—and it truly is. Megan has done an incredible job bringing this space to life. It’s creative, inspiring, and grounded in the history of the area, right down to the Fairhope brick made from local clay. The studio is ideal for pottery workshops, and the finished work on display is beautiful. One detail I loved: the broken sidewalk leading up to the entrance has been artfully completed with broken pottery—it’s a perfect reflection of the spirit of the place. Megan is an amazing host. Her energy, storytelling, and humor made the event unforgettable—my face actually hurt from smiling. T

This gallery/pottery workshop is not to be missed during your visit to Fairhope. Megan and staff are so welcoming and there is something for everyone here. Megan was kind enough to save me some Christmas ornaments as I wanted to ensure I didn’t miss out. We will definitely be back when we visit again.

Always drop by when I'm in town. Great artist pottery. If you have a chance take a class - the instructors are wonderful. Just there on carve your own pumpkin night.

I took hand-building classes with Donna Kemp this summer and had a great experience. I was a visitor to Fairhope for the summer, and the people at The Kiln welcomes me so warmly. Donna is a talented artist and teacher. I learned a lot, had fun, and made friends.
