Kilpatrick Heating & Air Conditioning

My heater went out on the coldest day of the year, even though it was working just fine the night before. Called around and couldn't get anyone to come out until I called here. Initially the service was great, the technician that came out was friendly and seemed to know what he was doing. This was on Monday night (1/15/2024). He claimed he needed to get a part the next day and that my house would be first in line (1/16/2024). At 8:12am I got a text saying he would be there around noon. At 11:48am I got a text pushing me back to after 3pm. That was the last time I heard from them. I tried calling them directly as well as text, with no answer. By 6pm it was going straight to voice-mail. My husband and I tried to find a space heater at this point, but they are sold out in all of Killeen. Had

Very professional! Great communication, showed up when they said they would, and fixed my issue quickly. Even explained what went wrong to help me identify the issue again in the future. Definitely recommend this company.

Our A/C quit working at the worst possible time(of course)I had heard great things about this company from friends so gave them a try. Friendly service, quick to respond(thank goodness with 100 degree weather), and very fair on cost. Thanks!

Worst service we have ever had. We paid them 1300 to fix unit and they mess it up. We can only get heat. Call them back out to try to fix it and they said they will not because they say we need a need one. That $1300 I gave them could have been money down on a new one.

I thank them for the fast service yesterday, once they checked everything out and everything was corrected we were much more comfortable. Also our unit quit running countously.
