Been with this company for several years now. The guy (Rico) that came out today to do my annual home inspection was very professional, knowledgeable and meticulous. This is pretty consistent trait of employees Kilter hires. Appreciate how he treated my home like his.

The staff is very friendly and professional and their services are reasonably priced. They also offer additional services such as cleaning, deodorizing and animal proofing attics, which I had them do. The results were great and made a huge difference. Benito injected more termite deterrent into the beam at the top of my stairs. He was very friendly, efficient and communicative. I look forward to having him visit in the future if needs arise.
