I cannot give enough stars for Kimi’s Carpets! From the moment my wife and I walked into the spacious and beautiful showroom we were treated like family. Lindsey was amazing! Taking us through multiple choices and then visiting us in our home to measure our space. She was friendly, professional and attentive to our needs. The prices were incredibly competitive and installation was flawless with the Monster flooring team! I will not shop for flooring anywhere else ever again! I have used Kimi’s previously for a real estate client, now I used them to remove carpet and replace with LVP . The installers arrived as scheduled, reviewed the job with us, worked 6 hours straight and the job was complete. It looks beautiful, the workmanship is excellent and they cleaned up prior to departing. Tonya knows the products, and she helped my wife decide on color, it looks amazing. If you need flooring go straight to Kimi’s.

We finally finished painting our rooms and Kimi’s Carpet In FV and Monster Flooring (Carlos) installed new carpet in our master and closet as well as the stairwell. As it was last time, excellent job, very pleasant and knowledgeable team!! Love the finished product as it feels like we moved in new again!! Lindsey and the staff at Kimi's Carpets Plus are an excellent team to work with! We were pleased that they were able to narrow down our selection quickly when we let them know exactly what comfort/durability level we were looking for. They scheduled the install within a few weeks! The Monster Flooring team came in and the install went smooth and clean! Two rooms and two closets! Just ecstatic over my experience with Kimi’s. With 3 aging dogs, a mother in law about to have hip surgery and a baby on the way, I needed to replace my carpets with hard flooring, FAST! I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get anything I liked in the three weeks that I had before the surgery. Not only did they have something I liked in stock, they were able to install before my absurd deadline, AND give me a price that was competitive with other quotes I had received that would have taken a month or more. Shout out to the crew they sent out from Monster Flooring, to do the install. The install was quick, hassle free, and flawless. BONUS: they were able to fix the squeaks in my sub floor that had been diving my husband nuts for years.

Had a fantastic experience with Kimi’s Carpets Plus in Fuquay! We wanted to install LVP flooring in our sunroom and the design consultant Lindsey helped us quickly find the correct flooring that could withstand the elements as well as matching our existing interior LVP. The installers showed up right on time and were super efficient. Their pricing is super reasonable and they have a large selection in their showroom. We LOVE how it turned out and highly recommend them!
