He came to check my system found out what was wrong with. He the schedule to come back to fix it. Kim is amazing and very passionate about his work. His customer’s satisfaction is his number one priority. I love his job and I highly recommend him

I had an unexpected outflow drain blockage caused by the cold weather and distal freezing. I was hesitant to call an HVAC service late on a Sunday, but Mr. Kim was able to accommodate us without any issue. He arrived promptly, quickly identified the problem, and came up with an effective solution despite the challenging weather conditions affecting the drainage area. We were impressed with both the quality of his work and the fair pricing. We now plan to subscribe to his maintenance services to help prevent future HVAC problems

After calling a number of HVAC companies with no luck, he was the only one who took the time to help me understand what I needed to check for a possible warranty claim. He was friendly, straightforward, and helpful. In the end, my warranty had expired, so I didn’t end up needing the repair, but I really appreciated his honesty and willingness to help. I’d definitely reach out to him again for future HVAC work.
