Kincaids has always done an amazing job for us, this time around was no different. We desperately needed them and they went above and beyond to get our septic field in and replaced for us! Rachael, Kyle and Brad were all fantastic and gave prompt service when we needed it. Brad was extra special only because he had my kids and my dog wrapped around his finger by the time his team had completed the project. He made the whole project feel more personal and friendly instead of your typical business transaction. I cant speak on whether the pricing was fair because I would choose them for the high quality work and the friendly atmosphere they bring to the table everytime.

Kyle, Rachel and Brian did an amazing job on all ends of their service. From returning phone calls and cleaning our septic tank, and making repairs to the pump tank and new electrical for the pump and control panel. I would recommend them for all of your septic needs. Thank you Kincaid’s!

I highly recommend Kincaid Septic Services. They have the best customers service, very friendly and highly skilled. They are available on the weekends which was awesome. I am new to having a septic system they were able to answer my questions and explain the process to me. The entire experience was fantastic, from the moment they returned my call to giving me a complete breakdown of all costs involved in emptying the tank. Had a blockage that ended up being in the house after my wife and I dug up our septic tank clean out, thinking it could of been full. Kyle was just finishing his day up when I approached him without warning. He immediately came to our house and was able to clear the blockage in the plumbing of our house and cleaned out our septic tank. Would highly recommend using Kincaid's septic service. Thanks again!

Everyone at Kincaid was so amazing to work with. They were prompt, professional, and are clearly experts. When you have to get a new septic field you are making such a large investment. I wouldn't have wanted anyone else to do our field. Awesome people and excellent work. We could not be happier! 10/10 I would recommend them to anyone!
