I recently noticed a sag above our overhead garage door. Upon further inspection, I could tell that the wood underneath the aluminum was rotting. I was very concerned as I could not tell the extent of the damage. I did not know anyone who could tackle this type of work. In looking into this, Matt was recommended due to his honesty, excellent work, and fair pricing. I couldn’t agree more. Matt came, looked it over and gave me an estimate (very fair). A few days later, he and a crew member came and in less than 2 hours had completely replaced the rotting wood, sealed and fortified it using quality materials (photo included) so that it would never happen again. In April 2024 we hired a contractor to do small work on our home. Unfortunately we were talked into doing higher priced work due to scare tactics and also discovered he was lying about his credentials. Our home was destroyed. 70% of the ceiling on our first floor, 1/2 walls in livingroom, and all flooring. I found Simpkins Construction through the recommendation of others. We spoke on the phone. The next morning, without informing us, Matthew Simpkins sent a crew out to tarp our roof. Through this, I discovered Matthew is also a Marine veteran. After renovation work was completed and all damages were removed, Simpkins started going to work. Drywall, mudding, paint, flooring, trim, molding, two new doors, a front porch, and a set of steps for the side door. All of it was done beyond expec

This is the Company to call if you need a home repair! The high winds pushed the garage of my inlaws off the foundation on the south side. I called them and they came right over. They fixed the wall and replaced the siding that blew off too. They were extremely reasonably priced and took care of my elderly inlaws. I trust this team fully and you won't be disappointed if you hire them. Give them a chance to give you an estimate.

I'm very pleased and satisfied with the replacement of my roof the workers completed the job in 2 days. The workers were very fast and quick the quality of the job is excellent .I will be referring this company to my family and friends and others. Thank you Matt
