Kind Pest Control

Brandon came and did our termite inspection and treatment installation. He called prior to arriving, was very informative, answered all my questions and explained in full detail what he was doing and how the baits work. He was very respectful to us and our property. Very happy with Brandon and Kind Pest Control.

“William Torres”was Excellent, very professional very knowledgeable. He is the only one me and my wife would like to serve our residence. his attention to detail use of the products Was outstanding he treated our entire property but directly after he treated the garage we were standing here and a bug walked through the product and I saw it die within 10 seconds as he was explaining to me how the product worked and it was safe for pets and children it was a wonderful experience. We will continue doing business with this company for the duration of our stay at this home!!! 10 stars!! ⭐️ big shout out for all his hard work and wonderful customer service!!! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡

Another great employee, Amed was delightful & professional - plus he had a genuine smile & calming karma ( which I needed after a week at Duke w/ my husband). Amed explained exactly what he was going to accomplish with todays treatment, he checked the attic mouse traps & thoroughly treated the outside of our home. He used the “wand” to remove any spider nest - I think your first visit scared them all away ! We appreciate Amed & you ! You guys should train other companies on how to hire competent staff who work with a smile & deliver the high standard of care that you promise ! Many thanks !

We have had 2 services done to our house since switching over to Kind Pest Control. Alex, who did our pest control was extremely detailed and knowledgeable about the products, procedures, and “high areas” for insects for our home. We appreciated him answering our questions and letting us pick his brain about pest control. Secondly, we had our termite treatment today with Brandon. Who was just as detailed and explained everything on what he was doing, the products, and just providing information about termites in general. We are so happy that we made the choice to switch over to Kind Pest Control and have been so impressed with the customer service and services provided.
