Don & Mel are AWESOME. We decided to sign up when our previous service was unable to protect our home or even call us back. Coming from a competitor, we found ValuePest to be a comparable price... Little did we know that we were signing up for a BETTER plan at the same price as other Basic Plans. VERY happy with the service, professionalism, and expertise we have gotten from ValuePest. I recently had a issue with yellow jackets in my front yard, to the point I was unable to mow the lawn. Don was able to start treating the nest one day after I made the call. It took a few weeks but he kept treating it until they were completely gone. I highly recommend this company and will continue using them in the future. Thanks again Don

I recently had my routine pest control serviced (it had been postponed/rescheduled due to the tropical storm in NC) -- and I was pleasantly surprised to know it was Don McCarty, the franchise owner for my area, and his wife, Mel, who were here to service my home. They were so kind and professional...Ms. McCarty even swept off my patio, and Don gave me sound advice to controlling pests! Also, I happened to notice Don was treating/spraying down entire exterior of my house (something I've never experienced with other pest control companies) which was an added plus! I highly recommend Value Pest -- specifically Don McCarty's service if you happen to be located in Wake County, NC!
