King Energy installed our Geothermal system in early 2025. They did a fabulous job from start to finish in helping us navigate all the details -- from planning the project, selecting excellent subcontractors to work with, and helping us through the process of preparing and filing for State and Federal Tax credits. Scot and Val and their entire team are first class. We have already saved more than $5,000 in our first partial year of geothermal service by eliminating our oil burning furnace system. As I am doing most of the work on the barn myself, it has been a slow, multi-year process, but they have been patient and worked with me during various stages to install the system, install the ductwork, and get the system up and running over a few years(!) while I worked on other parts of the building in between. Dear Val, This past Sunday night I requested service via your website. I advised that our heat pump had gone dark. I used King Energy to remove my older heating and cooling system and equipment and upgrade it with a new gerthermal heat pump system for my existing 2,000 sq ft home. They installed a Hydron Module Revolution2 (HYT036) 3-ton heat pump, 2 speed unit which supports both heating and cooling under full and part load operating conditions. The total scope included delivery, installation and testing of the new equipment, inculding running a new high voltage electrical hook-ups and low voltage connections, duct work connections and ground loop connections. Installing a geothermal system with King Energy was an excellent experience from start to finish. Val at the main office was very responsive from the get go and great at getting everything rolling as well as with helping with rebate info along the way. Scot was very thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to work with throughout the entire process and designed a fantastic system. Mike, who installed the ductwork, was also professional, kind, and accommodating of my schedule throughout the installation and did a top quality job. My system works great and my house is now consistently comfortable in both summer and winter. It is also a rewarding feeling to no longer rely on oil.
