I had such a fantastic experience with King Kong Coatings! From the very beginning, Zach went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I wanted. He even provided samples outside of their normal garage floor offerings, which made all the difference. Once I made my choice, he got my project scheduled and completed quickly. On installation day, Marlon and his partner (whose name I unfortunately can’t recall) were absolutely wonderful, professional, friendly, and clearly skilled at their craft. It was over 100 degrees that day, so I made sure to keep them stocked with popsicles, and even in that heat they did an incredible job. I had King Kong Coatings do work in my garage and back patio and I was happy for multiple reasons. 1 - the salesman, Zach, was honest and transparent with their product and process. He answered all my questions and concerns and provided valuable input when trying to decide colors. 2 - the pricing was on target with what I wanted to pay and I was firm to not go above a certain amount. 3 - the overall workmanship was far better than another company of used in the local north Austin/Liberty Hill area. 4 - the timeliness…. On Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at about 0900, Marlon, whom I would descrtibe as the "Gentle Giant" of King Kong Coatings, and Jason arrived at my home, completed the clearing of my garage and set about preparing and applying the coating I selected. Their careful operation of their equipment and attention to detail assured a superior outcome. They did not complete the garage (three car) until after 1800 (9 hours work (1 hour lunch while waiting for some drying)). The result was absolutely perfect. All the time they were working, their friendly, courteous manners made their time at my home a pleasant visit. I could not ask for a more perfect home improvement operation!!
