Gabriel and his team did a fantastic job removing our warn out front porch staircase and rebuilding us a new one. The old staircase did not have a landing and it was awkward standing on the top step while opening the storm door which swings outward. We discussed designing a new staircase WITH a landing. Gabriel came up with a design that came out fantastic! The new staircase is solid! You can now stand comfortably on the new landing and opening the storm door is no longer an issue! I had previously purchased mahogany stair treads that I sanded and treated with a high quality penetrating oil that I wanted to use on the new staircase.Gabriel agreed to use my treads and did a great job incorporating them into the build. New paint on an old house and garage. About two years ago, Gabriel and his team at King of Remodeling transformed our 1920 Dutch Colonial shingle house, and the results were nothing short of amazing! We chose a midnight blue with white trim, and the house still looks stunning today. Before Gabriel started, the shingles were falling off, and the paint was peeling and chipped everywhere. His team sanded down the shingles, replaced the damaged ones, and repainted all the trim and siding. They also rebuilt our failing deck and gave both decks a fresh coat of paint.
