I cannot say enough about our amazing experience with Kingdom Builders Construction and Ryan and Ken Jewel. My wife and I had a dream to take an older home and completely transform it. We looked at several homes and we finally found a jewel that was tucked back in this beautiful lot on almost an acre in the heart of University Place. To be honest I didn’t see the potential that my wife could see, but I loved the lot and I trusted my wife’s judgement so we decided to make an offer and the sellers accepted. Now we had to begin the task of finding a contractor. In all we had 6 or 7 contractors look at the scope of our project. As is unfortunately very common among contractors just getting a call back was difficult. That is until we met Ryan and Ken at the Remodeling Expo in Tacoma. They sho
