Communication was exceptional - No surprises, no hidden fees, just honest, upfront communication including arrival and depatrue times since we were not on property when they did the job. Professionalism at its finest - the team arrived on time, were courteous and respectful. They lifted up curtains that were touching the floor and lifted up things that would be in the way. They clearly take pride in their work. Results speak for themselves - my carpets look fantastic! Stains I thought were permanent are pretty much gone, and he was not real pleased with the look of the stains and even told me they did everything they could do, I did not even notice a stain that remaind.
