We are very disappointed with this company due to poor service, lack of clear communication, and unprofessional handling of legitimate concerns. They were hired to inspect electrical connections throughout the home and correct any issues. After their visits, multiple appliances and outlets stopped working, requiring us to hire another electrician to make repairs. Despite this, responsibility was repeatedly deflected, and explanations shifted depending on the conversation. Communication around scope of work, scheduling, warranty coverage, and total cost was unclear and inconsistent. When concerns were raised and an invoice adjustment was requested in good faith, those concerns were dismissed.
