Kingdom Roofing

We chose Kingdom Roofing for our siding and we had an absolute phenomenal experience. The crew was so fast, nice and cleaned up after themselves every single day. We worked with Adam and any questions or concerns I had were answered within hours and relayed to the team immediately. I have never experienced such amazing communication in my life. The work that was done in so little time is beautiful. We will be recommending them along with coming back to them in the future!

I have nothing, but positive things to say about this company. First impressions are everything and they killed it. When I first called asking about a quote I was called “Maam” and was treated with the upmost respect. This is one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. They educated me through the process, asked lots of questions, and told me all about their moto. It was so evident to me that they’re passionate about not only roofs, but their customers as well. I had 3 people in total including Kingdom Roofing come check out my roof and gutters. They joked and said that I saved the “Best for last” and that was completely factual. This is an edit from my initial review of 1 star. I finally spoke with Jon, the owner of the company, and he apologized profusely for the communication breakdown and overall lack of professionalism. The crew was out the next day and completed the project in a timely manner. Cleanup was great and the work was done to my expectations. I was able to speak to Josh, another member of management I believe, about an installation question I had, and he provided a fantastic explanation about what was done and why, and also sent over some installation photos. I am very happy with the overall project and this would be a 5 star review if everything leading up to the installation had gone even somewhat smoothly.

Having recently purchased a home, we wanted to check the integrity of the roof. Kingdom Roofing came out and inspected the roof. To our surprise, we were not pushed into buying anything and were told we did not need a new roof at the moment. It is so great to have honest companies that don't try to sell you something you are not in need of.

Josh and his team at Kingdom roofing did a great job on our roof. Josh kept us informed every step of the way from estimate to job completion. He addressed any concerns we had promptly. The process from estimate to payment was easy. Josh shared payment options to us if we needed them. Josh and his roofing crew completed work within expected time frame given to us. They left our property clean after the job..you would never know they were even there. Thank you Kingdom roofing!! We love our new roof😁
